At 4:28 PM on April 1, the 1# DC roasting furnace undertaken by MCC Huatian at the Liyang Fanghua solid waste project successfully completed hot testing. This milestone demonstrates the company's system integration capabilities and engineering service strength in electrical automation for the metallurgical pelletizing sector.
The project adopts the "chain-grate rotary kiln annular cooler" pelletizing process. Raw materials go through ball milling, batching, high-intensity mixing, and pelletizing, followed by drying and preheating in the chain grate, high-temperature roasting in the rotary kiln, and staged cooling in the annular cooler to produce finished pellets for the DC furnace. The process is mature and highly efficient.
Huatian Nanjing Electrical Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. MCC was responsible for supplying low-voltage switchgear and PLC complete equipment, as well as programming and commissioning the full-process basic automation system. With the system now operational, it provides a stable and reliable electrical control "nerve center" for the pelletizing line, helping the owner accelerate the transition from traditional production to smart manufacturing.
The project is now in the final optimization and defect elimination phase. The commissioning team will remain on site to assist with equipment adjustments, process optimization, and operator training, ensuring stable operation and rapid achievement of design capacity through full-cycle technical support.
